2.1 Service Description

Staffordshire Business Hub UK provides advertising services through our monthly digital booklet distributed to our Facebook group community. We offer four advertising packages:

• Standard Listing (£15/month): Business name, contact info, and 50-word description
• Half Page Ad (£35/month): 1/2 page space with your design or our template
• Full Page Ad (£65/month): Full page premium placement
• Front/Back Cover (£100/month): Prime visibility on cover placement

2.2 No Contracts Required

All advertising packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle without penalty.

2.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due before publication of each monthly issue
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• No refunds will be provided once an advertisement has been published
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods

2.4 Advertisement Submission

• Advertisers must submit content at least 5 business days before publication
• We reserve the right to request revisions to ensure quality standards
• Late submissions may be held for the following month's issue
• Design assistance is available for Half Page and Full Page packages

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 Acceptable Content

All advertisements must:

• Be legal and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Be appropriate for a general business audience
• Relate to legitimate business activities

3.2 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that contains:

• Illegal products or services
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Misleading health or financial claims
• Weapons, tobacco, or recreational drugs
• Content that violates Facebook community standards

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in our digital booklets and promotional materials.

4.2 Our Content

The Staffordshire Business Hub UK name, logo, website content, and booklet design are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Advertiser

• You may cancel your advertising at any time
• Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for the current month once payment is processed
• Cancellation requests should be sent via our contact form or Facebook

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

• Payment is not received on time
• Content violates our guidelines
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You violate these Terms and Conditions

6. Distribution and Reach

While we make every effort to distribute the digital booklet to all members of our Facebook group (11,000+ members), we cannot guarantee:

• Specific reach or engagement numbers
• That all group members will view the booklet
• Any specific business results or leads
• Continued growth of the Facebook group

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for advertising in the relevant month
• We are not responsible for technical issues affecting distribution
• We are not liable for any errors in your advertisement unless caused by us

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staffordshire Business Hub UK from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content you submit for advertisement
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your business activities or services advertised

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Facebook Group Independence

The Staffordshire Business Hub Facebook group is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. We are not responsible for:

• Facebook's policies or changes to their platform
• Access issues to the Facebook group
• Comments or interactions from group members
• Facebook's algorithm affecting post visibility

11. Modifications to Service

12. Dispute Resolution
